The Green Loft is made to fit your needs. All current designs can be customized more, or we can just start from scratch! No one wants wedding invites that people see all over Pinterest or Etsy - It's your Big Day! Get creative and tell us what you want; we can talk one-on-one to create one-of-a-kind invitations just for you! The Green Loft will work with you from start to finish. We can do everything from designing to assembling. Want to do some yourself or just want to save some money? We can design and print, send you all the pieces, and you and your bridesmaids can have some wine and assemble them together!

Order Process
Once you have contacted us with what item(s) you are interested in, we will respond back within 24-48 business hours. We will cover any questions you have and send you all the information you will need.

When you have officially placed your order with a deposit and signed contract, we start creating your designs. Generally, we provide 2 designs per contract. We then send you your proofs.

From here, design time can vary due to amount of changes and how fast we communicate; this generally is about 1-4 weeks. Once we get a final approval from you, we will start printing, and cutting and assembling your custom invitations. Once printing has started, we cannot make changes without additional cost.

In-hand proofs are available for additional cost after we have your final approval, but not before running your full order.

Types of paper

Our standard paper is 100lb cotton white paper that has a great soft finish. We do also offer matte paper, one side coated paper, and metallic paper (mainly used on wedding invitations). Please let us know if you prefer a different type of paper over our standard cotton.

Cropping

Do you have photos that need to be cropped? We are graphic designers and can do that for you.

File formats

We can accept jpg, gif, tiff, ai, psd at a maximum size of 10mb. Please contact us with questions.

Resolution

We would never want to give you a production with a low resolution, pixelated image. Please also try and send us high resolution images/photos (that are going to be used), preferably 300 DPI at size. Don't know much about resolution? No problem.  Just ask us and we will walk you though the process.

Other Items
  • Colors on your screen may not be exact to what is printed. All screens are set to different settings and what is printed may be different than what appears on screen.
  • Some images on cards are not easily editable. If you have requested something like this, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • All cards are custom designed and can be interchangeable. For example, if you like the style of a wedding shower, but want the design used for a bachelorette party - No Problem! That's what we do; just let us know and we will be happy to change it out.
  • Do you have an exact color scheme? That's not a problem;  send us either your CMYK or PMS number and we will match your colors!
  • The Green Loft is not responsible at any time for spelling, grammar or any other errors, before or after final approval. Please be sure when giving final approval that you have checked and double checked for 100% accuracy.
